Kyomachiya Sushi

Attracted to this restaurant for a time,

I always saw a lot of people making a line outside every time when I passed by.

Renovated from Kyomachiya, Kyoto typical architecture, handmade(hand roll) sushi shop- Awomb.😊

The concept of handmade sushi is inspired by Kyoto traditional Kimono material,

collocated with ingredients in Kyoto that put into a brand-new Kyoto cuisine.❤

I think it’s a little bit more than homemade, and make a new stage wherever it tastes and looks in Kyoto cuisine. 👊

Moreover, there is a gallery space.

which displays original cloth, groceries, and accessories. 💙

The gallery puts on the entrance.

I like the way to usage for space, and Japanese is good at that.

Also, I like the wooden design, and it’s very often to see in Japanese design magazine.

From here, I can also see the showcase in the second floor. 💕

The display mixed Kyoto traditional type into a modern classical stylish space, and the whole looks like an atmosphere of art galleries and museum.

Then, visited a little bit, and ordered one set.

It served wheat tea with a lovely grass coasters, how cute it is!!💝

It puts on every ingredients and flavor beautifully, and looks like the way to putting on Kimono material. ✌

It looks like delicious, isn’t it?

What’s more, you can choose and put it in your favorite flour by yourself, so it’s enjoyable for every taste.

I also like the shape of the bowl, it’s so cute as well.

Anyway, I believe you can taste the happiness when you eat it.💓

Certainly, it can tell that Japanese is very demanding for cuisines, not only for how it put on the plate, what taste it is, but also for what color it looks like.

I think it’s amazing that the shape of appliance, bamboo chopsticks frame, and frame to put seaweed are neatly placed.

Taste from Sashimi, stain to desserts, furthermore, white Miso pudding is the one of recommend menu on it.

It cannot imagine this sort of sweet and salty food mixed together at first,

that would be what taste…..
